Summer is in full swing and that means summer camp registrations are open. Kidventure

Squishy Banana Studios

Have a junior cinephile in your family? Camps at Squishy Banana Studios may be a great option for them. Camps are aimed to let your creative child express themselves through film by creating their very own short film from start to finish. Each week campers get to practice being the writer, director, actor, producer, and editor as they create different genres of films. Squishy Banana Studios caters to kids grades Kindergarten through 6th. 

Fantastic Magic Camp

Using magic, puppetry, ventriloquism, and storytelling, Fantastic Magic Camp uses some of Austin’s best entertainers to instill confidence and life skills in campers ages 6 through 12. Families can enroll their little magicians in one of nine two-week-long camp sessions with the option of two different locations in the Austin area. In addition to learning magic themselves, campers also have the opportunity to attend live magic shows throughout each week.

Camp for All

Located in Burton, Texas, just an hour and a half east of Austin, Camp for All is designed to give children with special needs the opportunity to experience camp and nature regardless of their physical challenges. The campground is designed with inclusivity in mind by providing an environment that is free of the barriers these children may experience on a day-to-day basis. Campers have the opportunity to participate in a wide array of activities such as swimming, archery, and disc golf. Camp Champions

Resting on the banks of LBJ lake, deep in the Texas Hill Country, is Camp Champions in Marble Falls. Here, campers will have the best week(s) ever participating in water-skiing, zip-lining, rock-climbing, swimming, art, archery, and more. Campers can choose an overnight camp session lasting between one to four weeks. Their sleeping arrangements are set up to encourage lasting bonds between campers. Many cabins are even built over water, in forts, or with slides coming down. 

All-Star Sports Camp

As the winner of several best summer camp awards, you can’t go wrong with All-Star Sports Camp. Here, campers will challenge themselves by participating in sports games that encourage sportsmanship, character building, and teamwork. All-Star Sports Camp has a mission to help kids be active, healthy, and happy. Several locations and dates are available throughout the Austin area each offering free lunches and early drop off or late pickup.  

Cordovan Art School
