While we recommend David Weekley "Build on Your Lot Program" and Lago Vista’s Silverton Custom Homes, you can choose a custom homebuilder that’s right for you. As with most custom homes, floorplans are flexible and you’re able to design the home to your preference. Some additional architectural requirements include:

Minimum Square Footage is 3,000 square feet (no maximum)
100% Masonry required
50% impervious coverage/lot
Setbacks- 20’ front & rear, 5’ side
4’ wide sidewalks required
Max height - 35’ from highest point on lot
Minimum 2-car garage required
