Strength Training Exercises 

Tone your arms, legs, and core with some easy at-home strength training exercises. There’s no need for expensive equipment or a gym membership, as all of these exercises can be done right at home. The benefit of strength training is that you can choose exercises to target the muscles you want to improve, and you can see results using only your bodyweight or resistance bands. Start by setting aside 20-30 minutes a day and doing any of the exercises below:

Recreational Sport Activities
