Our Custom Home Opportunities

Lakeside at Tessera has a limited number of home sites available for custom home development. Please contact us at for more information

Our approach to homebuilding focuses on both lifestyle and the surrounding area. We believe every space should be well thought out with purpose, allowing the home to be as functional as possible. When designing a home, We envision ourselves actually living in the spaces, adding details and features that will allow for the greatest comfort and convenience. Our floor plans will be open and flexible, made for casual living. These plans will give families freedom to move between spaces and use them however they wish. Gourmet kitchens, large closets, and outdoor living spaces with fireplaces are just a few examples of standout features homebuyers can enjoy. And every plan has a few personal touches here and there so that no two homes are identical. As residents of Lago Visa, we have a personal interest in the community’s economic development. We work closely with The Green Building Authority, located in Austin, TX, to give our neighbors and friends yet another reason to love their home for life.  Every home gets the coveted Energy Star Certification.
