Lakeside atTessera on Lake Travis’ first phase of development includes homes priced from the upper-$200’s by Emerie Custom Homes, Highland Homes and Wilshire Homes, featuring scenic views of the Texas Hill Country and Lake Travis. Wilshire Homes offers 50- and 70-foot home sites, with Highland Homes offering 60- and 80-foot home sites.

As future phases of Lakeside at Tessera on Lake Travis are developed, additional builders will be brought on board to further expand the already distinctive array of designs available in the community.
