Super Bowl 50 is just around the corner, and Wilshire Homes is offering buyers an opportunity to score big this year with a choice between three offers each worth $2,000.
During the “Kick Off” sales event, buyers who purchase a new Wilshire home at Tessera on Lake Travis between Jan. 22 and Feb. 7 will receive a $2,000 incentive that can be applied toward closing costs, purchases at the design center or a new television. Buyers who choose the television option will receive a Best Buy gift to be used toward the purchase.
“There is something special about starting the new year in a brand new home.” said Alex Dadidakis, Austin division president for McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc., parent company of Wilshire Homes. “It’s even better when you can start it with $2,000 toward closing costs or something special for your new home.”
